1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?

 I decided to make the change to a better, healthier more active lifestyle about 6 years ago.  I “fell off the bandwagon” about a year ago and felt the need to find a program that would work for me.  I found Elite’s program on Facebook and have not looked back.

2. What results have you achieved since starting your program?

I like to say that my body likes to hold onto the fat and I notice a pretty big difference since starting w Elite in April 2014.  I am leaner, definitely stronger and feel awesome!!

3. What do you like best about our program/ having a trainer?

I LOVE how it feels like a family when you walk through the doors.  Everyone is very encouraging and Levi is always there to help and push you at the same time.  I’ve done things I NEVER would have thought I could do but Levi believed in me.  My confidence has grown along with my muscles. (haha)
