FIRST DAY OF TRAINING

Before starting any Personal Training program here at Elite Total Fitness, it is important that we have a clear picture of your overall health and physical status. This personal training session will provide your trainer with insights needed to establish clear and effective fitness goals for your personalized program.

After answering some questions related to your general health, and going over your goals and expectations for your training program, your personal trainer will take your measurements and weight so we can track your progress.

Finally your trainer will have you perform a short series of exercises in the areas of cardio, flexibility and strength. These baseline results can be used at a later date to see if your health and fitness levels have improved.

If individualized attention and instruction is what you want, then 1-on-1 personal training is for you! Our trainers are hand picked to be the best at getting you the results you want and need! An initial assessment with your trainer will be followed by a detailed, personalized plan to get you to your goals!

30 Mins:

  • 1 Session $30
  • 10 Sessions $250

60 Mins:

  • 1 Session $60
  • 10 Sessions $500

PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING

Find your workout parter, or get a small group of friends and have fun training and smashing goals together with small group personal training sessions!  Partner or small group personal training is for 2 people (minimum) and up to 4 people (maximum) at a time.

NOTE: GROUP MUST BOOK TIME BLOCK TOGETHER. DO NOT SIGN UP ONLINE FOR AN OPEN SPOT IN A GROUP THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND LOSE YOUR FEE.
