Before starting any Personal Training program here at Elite Total Fitness, it is important that we have a clear picture of your overall health and physical status. This personal training session will provide your trainer with insights needed to establish clear and effective fitness goals for your personalized program.
After answering some questions related to your general health, and going over your goals and expectations for your training program, your personal trainer will take your measurements and weight so we can track your progress.
Finally your trainer will have you perform a short series of exercises in the areas of cardio, flexibility and strength. These baseline results can be used at a later date to see if your health and fitness levels have improved.
